St. Augustine Nights of Lights is celebrating its 20th year of lighting America’s oldest city! Now through February 2nd, 2014 St. Augustine will be displaying millions of white Christmas lights making the historic city gleam like the gem it is. National Geographic named St. Augustine Nights of Lights one of the ten best holiday lighting displays in the world in 2011 & 2012. From what we have seen this year will be no exception.
The annual Nights of Lights draws from a Spanish tradition long before electricity in which the Spanish colonists would display white candles in the windows throughout the Christmas holiday season.
